Born June 4, 1931 in Kilauea, Kauai, he was a bartender at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel before he retired from the City & County of Honolulu Refuse Department. He will be missed by his wife of 63 years, Julia "Amoy" Pagaduan, brother Pablo, sister Rosaline "Sally" Talon, sons Craig & Curtis and daughters Celeste Dzigas & Catherine Pagaduan. Andy had 11grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren. "Aloha" services scheduled for Thursday, March 5 from 11am to 2pm at Borthwick Mortuary; burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Cemetery.
