The Junior League of Honolulu presented its eighth annual Sacs in the City fundraiser with a fashion show featuring the 2012 spring collection by Diane von Furstenberg at Sheraton Waikiki.
In addition to the fashion show, a highlight of the event is its silent auction, which this year was themed The Experience of Luxury, offering a great selection of handbags from various luxury designers, as well as dream vacations such as an African safari.
The Junior League of Honolulu is an organization of women from diverse backgrounds, all with a goal to build better communities.
Diane von Furstenberg, an internationally recognized luxury lifestyle brand, opened its first Hawaii store at Ala Moana Center last October. Renowned for its iconic wrap dress and signature prints, DVF also carries a complete collection of ready-to-wear, swimwear, handbags, footwear, accessories and more.
