Focus on Windward Oahu

Ko'olaupoko Hawaiian Civic Club and HECO sponsored Lei Day festivities April 28 at Windward Mall center court, including exhibits and entertainment by Ekolu Makou, Puohala Hawaiian Immersion School and others.
