Solfashion Brasil has opened its first Hawaii store at Ward Centre, featuring Brazilian swimsuits and fitness wear for women, men and children.
The Ward store opened eight months ago and is a franchise of the Brazilian brand, which also has six stores in Brazil and two stores in Portugal.
“Solfashion Brasil attracts women who enjoy the beach and want to feel beautiful wherever they are,” says Mariana Spalenza, owner of Solfashion Brasil at Ward. A 31-year-old Brazilian lawyer, Spalenza says she decided to leave her profession to live in paradise and bring a Brazilian franchise to the United States. She hopes her store will show the “true” style, with quality and fair prices, of Brazilian bikini and fitness wear. She adds that the brand features a variety of styles, exclusive prints and colors, offers UV protection — and they are all made in Brazil.
