Kaneohe’s Roxanne Bruhn addressed her class May 10 at UH West Oahu’s first-ever graduation ceremony. An outstanding student, Roxanne earned her degree with distinction in public administration, is a 30-year military veteran and recently finished an internship at the state’s intelligence agency for gathering threat information, Hawaii Fusion Center.
