\nRequest a copy be mailed to your home by calling and leaving your name and address with the MidWeek<\/em> mailing department. Call 808-690-8805. Contact the mailing department if you are moving and you would like MidWeek<\/em> at your new address.<\/p>\n

Can I get archived articles of MidWeek<\/em> on line?<\/strong>
\nArticles have a link to archives organized by article name or author. For archives prior to February 1, 2012, click here<\/a>. See question below.<\/p>\n

Where can I get a copy of an article in a past MidWeek<\/em> issue?<\/strong>
\nMidWeek<\/em> is archived at the State Public Library on Punchbowl and King next to \u2018Iolani Palace. Copies are available there for research purposes and you may get a photocopy of an article you are interested in by using the coin operated photocopy machine.<\/p>\n

There is a copy of all MidWeek<\/em>s dating back to the first issue of July 1984. They are available on hard copy and some are on microfiche.
\nThe Windward O\u2018ahu Islander<\/em>, West O\u2018ahu Islander<\/em>, Central O\u2018ahu Islander \u2014\u00a0<\/em>now known as Voice<\/em> \u2014 and MidWeek<\/em> are also available there. Ask a librarian to direct you on where to get them at the library.<\/p>\n

How do I order a reprint velox\/laser print of an article suitable for framing?<\/strong>
\nIf a velox is possible, you need to have the publication date and name of the article, and page number. All velox prints cost $40. The request is processed by the managing editor. Call 808-529-4857.<\/p>\n

How do I suggest an idea for a cover story\/or an article?<\/strong>
\nPut it in writing and send it to our executive editor Bill Mossman.
\nWrite a short summary (three or four paragraphs) of why you think this subject would be a good story for MidWeek<\/em>.
\nYou will not hear back from MidWeek<\/em> if we are not interested. If MidWeek<\/em> is interested, at the appropriate time, a call will be made to the contact numbers provided in the written letter.
\nAn editorial board decides on the stories that go into MidWeek<\/em>.
\nStories with an O\u2018ahu angle are preferred. For best results a follow up phone call is suggested. Leave a message with your name, story idea, phone number and one good reason why your topic would be a good story for MidWeek<\/em> on the voicemail box for Bill Mossman<\/a> at 808-529-4863.<\/p>\n
