Kahala Mall has announced that two new food and beverage merchants \u2014 Stir It Up and Goma Tei \u2014 will be opening this summer. Stir It Up, a unique boba tea shop serving a variety of options, will be located between Island Sole and Quiksilver Board Room. The shop will offer 12 specialty concoctions, such as its Caramel Creama (tapioca balls, milk tea, caramel drizzle and custard, and sea salt froth), as well as an \u00e0 la carte menu in which customers can create their own dessert drinks. Non-tea options such as flavored milk and juices also will be available for young children. Goma Tei, best known for its delicious homemade broths and Tan Tan Ramen (a Japanese-Chinese hybrid noodle soup with sesame and chili pepper flavoring), will open across from Consolidated Theatres in the space previously occupied by Mark\u2019s Hallmark Shop. This is the fourth store for Goma Tei, which has been expanding since first opening in 2005. The restaurant also serves rice dishes and gyoza, and offers an assortment of beers on tap. BARRIO VINTAGE FASHION SHOW AT THE MANIFEST<\/strong><\/p>\n Chinatown\u2019s Barrio Vintage presents Psycho-Tropic, a fashion show at The Manifest (32 N.
