All persons having a claim against THOMAS K. EMMA and/or the THOMAS K. EMMA TRUST, dated December 31, 1996, as amended, are hereby notified that CHRISTINA D. WEBB, whose address is c/o Law Offices of Nancy J. Budd, 4374 Kukui Grove Street, Suite 103, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is the Successor Trustee of said Thomas K. Emma Trust.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of said THOMAS K. EMMA and/or THOMAS K. EMMA TRUST, dated December 31, 1996, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustee of the trust abovenamed at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
