FILED, Petition To Take Elective Share, asking that Rodrigo Racho, whose address is c/o Law Office of Dawn N. Murata LLLC, 2970 Kele Street, Suite 205, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, be entitled to decedent’s estate pursuant to HRS Section 560:2-201 et seq.
\n October 24, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. before the presiding Judge in Probate at 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, Hawaii, is the appointed date, time, and place for hearing of said petition and all interested persons.
