Pursuant to Sections 171-57 and 171-16(d) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to sell directly to the abutting landowner, without recourse to public auction, a remnant ditch easement reservation described as a portion of Government Lands situated at Kapaa, Kawaihau, Kauai. This sale shall enable purchaser to use said parcel in consolidation with his abutting private property.<\/p>\n
