<\/p>\n

Pursuant to sections 91-3, 92-41, and 321-175, Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”), notice is hereby given that the State of Hawaii, Department of Health, will hold public hearings at the below referenced times and places to receive testimony on the proposed Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division Strategic Plan for 2019-2022 (“Strategic Plan”). The Strategic Plan proposes the following goals:<\/p>\n

Goal 1. Improve the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division’s (“CAMHD”) ability to meet the needs of gap groups.<\/p>\n

Goal 2. Develop and implement a system-wide culture of Continuous Quality Improvement to improve administrative and clinical practices for youth and families.<\/p>\n

Goal 3. Improve efficiency and effectiveness of services by implementing the new CAMHD Case Management Information Technology System.<\/p>\n

A copy of the proposed Strategic Plan 2019-2022 is available on the internet at: <\/font>https://health.hawaii.gov/camhd/strategic-plan<\/u><\/font> or can be mailed to any interested person who requests a copy by contacting Ms. Sandra Pak at CAMHD at (808) 733-8383 or at sandra.pak@doh.hawaii.gov.<\/p>\n

<\/font>Written testimony<\/b><\/font> is recommended and may be submitted at the public hearings or sent to Dr. Stanton Michels, Administrator, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division, 3627 Kilauea Avenue, Room 101, Honolulu, Hawaii at any time prior to the close of business on <\/font>Tuesday, December 4, 2018.<\/p>\n

<\/font>The public is invited to attend any of the hearings in any of the locations specified below and to state their views<\/b><\/font> on the proposed Strategic Plan. Oral testimony will be limited to 3 minutes.<\/p>\n
