Notice is hereby given that Robert John Schleck (“Decedent”) passed away on October 15, 2018.
\n All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Robert John Schleck (“Estate”) or The Robert J. Schleck Trust dated August 22, 2013 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that David Laski, whose address is 940 E Avenue Unit 3, Coronado, CA 92118, is serving as trustee of the Trust.
\n Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to David Laski, as trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
