ATTENTION: ROSEANNA PONTORNO
\n PLEASE BE ADVISED that there has been FILED in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, under P. No. 17-1-0105, a Petition by Jonah P. Plasch, whose address is 4427B Lapuna Place, Kalaheo, Hawaii 96741, seeking a determination that ROSEANNA PONTORNO (also or previously known as Roseanna Whitmore, Roseanna Plasch, and Roseanna Stein), who was last seen or heard from in Koloa, Hawaii on July 26, 2011, should be deemed to have died on July 26, 2016, five years after her disappearance, and directing the issuance of a certificate of death accordingly.
\n 7th day, November, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. before the Honorable Judge Randal G.B. Valenciano, in his courtroom at 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said Petition and all interested persons, including anyone who may have information as to the whereabouts of said Roseanna Pontorno.
