\n Sam Kodama of Fresno, California filed a petition for probate thereof and issuance of Letters to the Chief Court Administrator of the Fifth Circuit Court to be appointed Personal Representative of said estate.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at 1:30 P.M. in the courtroom of the Presiding Judge, in Probate in the Judiciary Building in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, is appointed the time and placed for hearing all interested persons having objection to said petition or to the granting of the requested statutory allowances and exempt property.<\/p>\n

All creditors of the above estate are hereby notified to present their claims with property vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, within four (4) months after February 13, 2019, which is the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
