Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Ms. Becky Choi, State Housing Development Administrator, Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA), State of Hawaii, Department of Human Services has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) sections 11-62-03 and 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(D).
\n Ms. Diana Kenjic, P.E., of Aqua Engineers is the individual authorized to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the continued use of individual wastewater systems at 8238 Iwipolena Road, Kekaha, Kauai, Hawaii 96752, and TMKs (4) 1-3-008: 020 & 026.
