SWIGART TRUST, dated April 16, 2008, as amended, are hereby notified that KYLE SWIGART, whose address is c/o Law Offices of Nancy J. Budd, 4374 Kukui Grove Street, Suite 103, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is the Trustee of said Linda A. Swigart Trust.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of said LINDA A. SWIGART and/or the LINDA A. SWIGART TRUST, dated April 16, 2008, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the trust abovenamed at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this
