Charlotte S. Kaui, of Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii, died in Honolulu, Hawaii, on April 3, 2019. All persons having a claim against Charlotte S. Kaui, her estate, and/or the Charlotte S. Kaui Self-Trusteed Trust, dated September 26, 2008, are hereby notified that Betty S. Yamamoto is the successor Trustee of the Charlotte S. Kaui Self-Trusteed Trust, as amended. <\/p>\n

All claims should be sent to Betty S. Yamamoto, at P.O. Box 846, Kapaa, HI 96746.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to §560:3-801, Hawaii Revised Statutes, all creditors of said Charlotte S. Kaui, her estate, and/or the Charlotte S. Kaui Self-Trusteed Trust, dated September 26, 2008, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the said trust at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
