YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing pursuant to Chapter 91, HRS, regarding your alleged failure to repay Contract of Loan No. 18710, for Residential Lease No. 12215, Lot No. 84, situate at 63 Omilu Place, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, having a TMK: (2) 3 2 026:046, in violation of §§ 210 and 216 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act.<\/p>\n

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, Maui District Office, Paukukalo Community Center, 651 Kaumualii Street, Wailuku, Hawai’i, 96793 on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 1:00 o’clock p.m., of said day. If you fail to appear, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint and your lease may be recommended for cancellation and reaward.<\/p>\n
