PUBLIC NOTICE<\/p>\n

<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n

Pursuant to 42 C.F.R. §447.205, the Department of Human Services (DHS), Med-QUEST Division (MQD) hereby notifies the public that the MQD intends to submit a State Plan Amendment to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). <\/p>\n

The proposed changes will update Attachment 4.19-B, Payment for Medication and Professional Dispensing Fees in Fee For Service (FFS) Medicaid program. The proposed change will be submitted for review to the federal government as a Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) to be effective June 1, 2019. <\/p>\n

A copy of the proposed changes are available for public viewing from the first working day the public notice appears in the <\/font>Honolulu Star-Advertiser<\/u><\/font>, <\/font>Hawaii Tribune Herald<\/u><\/font>, <\/font>West Hawaii Today<\/u><\/font>, <\/font>The Maui News<\/u><\/font>, and <\/font>The Garden Island<\/u><\/font>, from Monday – Friday, exclusive of State holidays, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the appropriate Med-QUEST Division offices on the respective islands listed below.<\/p>\n
