TO: HEIRS OR DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF ALAN JAY COHLER AND OF THE ESTATE OF MERLA SINA COHLER, AND TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:<\/p>\n

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Petition for Determination of Heirs (“Petition”) has been filed in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, by Petitioners to determine the heirs and owners of the following described land:
\n that certain real property situated at 2785 Aheahe Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, known as Lot 473, area 10,343 square feet, more or less, as shown on Map 58, filed in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii with Lan Court Application No. 1087 (amended) of Grove Farm Company, Limited, and more particularly identified as Kauai Tax Map Key: 3-6- 022-028.<\/p>\n

You are hereby cited to appear at the hearing of the above-entitled Petition in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, at Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, to be held in the Courtroom of the Presiding Judge at 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 12th day of December, 2017, at 1:30 o’clock p.m. to show cause, if any you have, why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted. Unless you appear at said Court at the time and place aforesaid, your default will be recorded and the said Petition will be taken as confessed, and judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Petition, and you will be forever barred from contesting said Petition or any judgment entered thereon.
\n Appearance may also be entered by Answer or appropriate pleading filed in said proceeding prior to or at any time of said hearing pursuant to the rules of said Court.
