NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF DECISION MAKING ON LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION NO. 2019-070 FILED BY LBD COFFEE, LLC FOR A NEW MANUFACTURER OTHER SPECIFIED LIQUOR LICENSE AT 5907 C KAWAIHAU ROAD, KAPAA, KAUAI, HAWAII<\/p>\n

At a meeting on August 1, 2019 in Meeting Room #3 at the Lihue Civic Center, Mo’ikeha Building, 4444 Rice Street, Lihu’e, Kaua’i, Hawai’i, the Liquor Control Commission of the County of Kaua’i exercised its discretion to extend decision-making on Liquor License Application No. 2019-070 an additional thirty (30) days. This extends the time for decision-making from ninety (90) days to one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of the hearing on May 16, 2019, pursuant to Hawai’i Revised Statutes Sec. 281-59(a). Decision-making on Liquor License Application No. 2019-070 will occur at the meeting on Thursday, August 15, 2019, in Meeting Room #3 at the Lihue Civic Center, Mo’ikeha Building, 4444 Rice Street, Lihu’e, Kaua’i, Hawai’i at or about 4 p.m.<\/p>\n
