All persons having a claim against WILLIAM BADUA and/or the WILLIAM BADUA TRUST, dated November 14, 1997, are hereby notified that WILLIAM VAL BADUA and STELLA B. HO’OKANO, whose address is c/o Law Offices of Nancy J. Budd, 4374 Kukui Grove Street, Suite 103, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, are the Successor Co-Trustees of said William Badua Trust.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560: 3-801, all creditors of said WILLIAM BADUA and/or WILLIAM BADUA TRUST, dated November 14, 1997, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Co-Trustees of the trust abovenamed at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
