\nPlace: Lihue Neighborhood Center
\n 3353 Eono Street, Lihue 96766
\n<\/font>The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to Chapter 195D, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing to receive testimony on the Kauai Seabird Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP). The public is encouraged to comment on the draft HCP, which can be found here: dlnr.hawaii.gov/wildlife/hcp/draft-hcps
\nThe appointed Hearing Officer will be Jim Cogswell, DOFAW Wildlife Manager, or a substitution as needed to conduct the public hearing. If you desire to attend the hearing and require auxiliary aids please contact the Division of Forestry and Wildlife, 1151 Punchbowl Street, Room 325, Honolulu, HI 96813; (808) 587-0166.
