\n<\/u>PROPOSED RENTAL OF A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE WITHIN THE CONSERVATION DISTRICT <\/p>\n

<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing in the County of Kaua’i to receive testimony on a commercial use proposal to rent a single-family residence for one or more terms of no less than 6-months over the next five years. The public hearing shall be held on:<\/font><\/p>\n

On October 23, 2009 the Board of Land and Natural Resources approved <\/font>Conservation District Use Permit (CDUP) KA-3509 for a Single-Family Residence located at 5-7834 Kuhio Hwy, Ha’ena, Tax Map Key: (4) 5-9-005:025. The request <\/font>for long term rental of the property may be found on the OCCL website: <\/font>http://dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications/<\/u><\/font>
\n<\/font>Any person may testify or present information on the application. Disabled <\/font>individuals planning to attend the hearing are asked to contact Tiger Mills of the DLNR’s Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands at (808) 587-0377 <\/font>at least five days in advance of the public hearing<\/b><\/font> to indicate if they have special needs which require accommodations.<\/p>\n
