The subject property is located on the makai (west) side of Akoni Pule Highway directly across from the entrance to Kohala Ranch at Kahua 1st, North Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: (3) 5-9-001:008.
\n4. <\/font>APPLICANT: KOHALA SHORELINE, LLC (FORMERLY GENTRY-PACIFIC, LTD.) (SMA 379)
\n<\/b><\/font> Request to revoke Special Management Area Use Permit No. 379, which was granted in 1997 to develop a 50-lot single-family residential subdivision and related improvements on 37.88 acres of land. The subject property is located on the makai (west) side of Akoni Pule Highway directly across from the entrance to Kohala Ranch at Kahua 1st, North Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: (3) 5-9-001:008.
\n<\/font> The purpose of the public hearing is to afford all interested persons a reasonable opportunity to be heard on the above matter.
