DE COSTA, filed a Complaint against<\/font> you in Civil No. 5RC181000422 in the District Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, praying for judgment for sums due and owing for nonpayment of $22,177.54, interest, costs, attorney’s fees and for other proper relief.<\/p>\n
