ESTATE OF JACQUELINE ROBERTS, also known as <\/font>JAI ROBERTS, Deceased, and the JACQUELINE ROBERTS<\/font> REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST.<\/p>\n

All creditors of the Estate of Jacqueline Roberts, <\/font>who died on December 9, 2019, and that certain trust<\/font> established by the decedent under a trust agreement <\/font>dated November 4, 2009, and known as the Jacqueline<\/font> Roberts Revocable Living Trust (the “Trust”), are hereby notified that Julie Mai, whose address is Post Office Box 1232, Hanalei, Hawaii 95714, is the currently acting Successor Trustee of the Trust, and that any and all claims which they have against the Estate or the <\/font>Trust, even if secured by a mortgage, must be presented<\/font> with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the above address, within four (4) months from the date of the first <\/font>publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred. <\/p>\n
