The State Department of Health (DOH) proposes to modify the blanket Section 401 WQC that became effective on March 2, 2018. The proposed modification is available on the internet at: <\/font>http://health.hawaii.gov/cwb/site-map/home/public-notices-and-updates<\/u><\/font>.
\n Persons wishing to comment on the proposed modification or to request a public hearing, should submit their comments or requests in writing no later than 30 calendar days after the date of this notice, either through e-mail at: <\/font>cleanwaterbranch@doh.hawaii.gov<\/u><\/font> or by mail at 2827 Waimano Home Road, Room 225, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782.
