NOTICE OF REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE RULES<\/p>\n

<\/b><\/u><\/font><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Section 91-3(g), Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), notice is hereby given that the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawaii, proposes to repeal the following from Title 13, Chapter 251, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR): Subchapter 1, entitled "Catamaran Captain, Canoe Captain, Canoe Second Captain, Surfboard Instructor, Sailboard Instructor and Commercial Motorboat Operator Permits"; Subchapter 2, entitled "Suspension or Revocation of Operator Permits"; Subchapter 3, entitled "Violation of Operator Permit Provisions"; and Subchapter 7, entitled "Special Operating Restrictions". The subchapters involve operator permit requirements for Waikiki Beach and Kaanapali Beach.
\nThe repeal shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.<\/p>\n

The full text of the subchapters proposed to be repealed may be viewed online at the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation (DOBOR) website (<\/font>http://dlnr.hawaii.gov/dobor/rules<\/u><\/font>) or in person from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays, as follows:<\/p>\n
