Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Bill Gondring has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-32 of Hawaii Administrative Rules, "Wastewater Systems." ·
\n Mr. Lucas Breckenridge, President of Lucas Breckenridge & Associates, Inc., is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for an individual wastewater system that was installed at 3606 Kakela Makai Drive, Kalaheo, Hawaii 96741 and TMK (4) 2-3-024:016.
