Richard M. Muranaka, of Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, died in Lihue, Hawaii, on April 9, 2020. All persons having a claim against Richard M. Muranaka, his estate, and/or the Richard M. Muranaka Revocable Trust, as restated on December 1, 2008, are hereby notified that MICHAEL Y. MURANAKA is the Trustee of the Richard M. Muranaka Revocable Trust, as restated. <\/p>\n

All claims should be sent to Michael Y. Muranaka, 9977 Torreon Avenue, San Ramon, CA 94583-2853.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to §560:3-801, Hawaii Revised Statutes, all creditors of said Richard M. Muranaka, his estate, and/or the Richard M. Muranaka Revocable Trust, as restated on December 1, 2008, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the said trust at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
