<\/font> FILED, an Application by Roger S. Staley and Allen G. Staley, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters of Administration to Roger S. Staley and Allen G. Staley, as Co-Personal Representatives of the above-referenced estate.<\/p>\n

<\/font> If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204. <\/p>\n
