ESTATE OF CARMELA DeMARCO, Deceased, and the CARMELA DeMARCO TRUST.<\/p>\n

<\/font> All creditors of the Estate of Carmela DeMarco, who died on April 27, 2020, and that certain trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated October 7, 2009, and known as the Carmela DeMarco Trust (the “Trust”), are hereby notified that Elizabeth Cadava, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 203, Lihue, Hawaii, is the currently acting Successor Trustee of the Trust, and that any and all claims which they have against the Estate or the Trust, even if secured by a mortgage or lien, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the above address, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred. <\/p>\n
