\nAMENDED PROCLAMATION<\/p>\n

<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n

WHEREAS, the proclamation, issued on May 15, 2020, and subsequently amended on July 10, 2020, declared the upcoming elections and included a statement concerning the places of deposit for the County of Kaua’i;<\/p>\n

<\/font> WHEREAS, Kapule Building Lobby, 4444 Rice Street, Lihue, HI 96766 is no longer available to serve as one of those places of deposit;<\/p>\n

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-109, Hawai’i Revised Statues, the county clerk may designate and provide for places of deposit;<\/p>\n

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Jade K. Fountain-Tanigawa, County Clerk, County of Kaua’i, do hereby amend the May 15, 2020 proclamation, subsequently amended on July 10, 2020, to remove any reference to Kapule Building Lobby, 4444 Rice Street, Lihue, HI 96766 as a place of deposit.<\/p>\n

All other provisions of the proclamation, issued on May 15, 2020, subsequently amended on July 10, 2020, shall remain in full force and effect.<\/p>\n

<\/font> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the County of Kaua’i be affixed.<\/p>\n

DONE at the Office of the County Clerk, in Lihu’e, Kaua’i, State of Hawai’i, this 31st day of July, 2020.<\/p>\n
