ESTATE OF ROBIN DENNIS WREN, Deceased.<\/p>\n

FILED, an Application by Holly Hutchins, whose address is 30 Corporate Park, Suite 309, Irvine, California 92606-5117, alleging intestacy of said decedent, who died on November 15, 2019, and praying for informal appointment and issuance of Letters of Administration to said Holly Hutchins. Letters of Administration were issued to the Applicant on June 8, 2020.<\/p>\n

If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, that person may file a petition for formal testacy; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204. <\/p>\n

All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, #203, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred. <\/p>\n
