Sylvia F. Cole, of Anahola, Kauai, Hawaii, died in Kauai, Hawaii, on August 16, 2020. All persons having a claim against Sylvia F. Cole, her estate, and/or the Sylvia F. Cole Self-Trusteed Trust, dated June 20, 1991, as completely restated, are hereby notified that TWANDA M. COLE is the Trustee of the Sylvia F. Cole Self-Trusteed Trust, as restated.<\/p>\n

All claims should be sent to Twanda M. Cole, at
\nP. 0. Box 543, Anahola, HI 96703.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to §560:3-801, Hawaii Revised Statutes, all creditors of said Sylvia F. Cole, her estate, and/or the Sylvia F. Cole Self-Trusteed Trust, dated June 20, 1991, as restated, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the said trust at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.<\/p>\n
