ESTATE OF CLINT MASATAKA DEL CONTE, also known as Clint Mashtaka Del Conte and Clint M. Del Conte, Deceased.<\/p>\n

FILED, an Application by Arnold Koji Del Conte, whose address is 4333 Levi Lane, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80925, alleging intestacy of said decedent, who died on July 6, 2020, and praying for informal appointment and issuance of Letters of Administration to said Arnold Koji Del Conte. <\/p>\n

If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, that person may file a petition for formal testacy; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204. <\/p>\n

All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred. <\/p>\n
