YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 1CCV-19-0002167 (JHA) for the taking of a pedestrian beach access easement described as Parcel 1 (TMK: 3-9-004:041), for a public use being: Portlock Road Beach Access Easement, situate at Maunalua, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid real property is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
\n YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable James H. Ashford, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 1 day of December, 2020, at 09:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Rozelle A.
