Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons <\/font>regarding the following. Ms. Margaret Joan Cliffe has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(A) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, "Wastewater Systems."
\n<\/font> The variance request is for the continued use of an existing individual <\/font>wastewater system located at 3110 Poipu Road, Koloa, Hawaii 96756 and TMK (4) 2-8-010:019.
