The Department of Health’s evidentiary hearing in this matter will take place on February 1-5, 2021, by Zoom video and telephone conference, beginning each day at 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

Interested persons not already parties to this matter may move for leave to intervene pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rule 11-35(a). Any such motions must be received not later than Friday, January 15, 2021, by the Office of the Director, DOH, at PO Box 3378, Honolulu, HI 96801 or 1250 Punchbowl Street, Third Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813, and served by US Mail or hand delivery upon all parties, organizations, agencies or persons already parties or their attorneys.
