<\/b><\/font>To: All Creditors of the L. Hanna Haskell 2010 Irrevocable Trust Agreement Dated December 29, 2010 (the “Trust”). ROBERT SHIPLEY and JAMES C. SEKERAK, Successor Trustees of Trust hereby give notice that the settlor of the Trust, Hanna Haskell, has died. Accordingly, any and all claims which creditors have against the Trust, or any of its assets, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustees, through their attorney, at the address shown below, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice in April 2021, or they will be forever barred pursuant to H.R.S. § 560:3-801.<\/p>\n
