\nTO THE STATE OF HAWAII<\/p>\n

Licensed attorneys who wish to provide legal services to the State for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2021, are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications and Expression of Interest to the Attorney General pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §103D–304, as the need arises.<\/p>\n

A new statement must be signed and <\/font>electronically<\/b><\/u><\/font> submitted pursuant to this Notice, even if you submitted a statement in the past. <\/font>Attorneys from the same firm must submit separate statements<\/b><\/u><\/font>.Please submit your statement(s) electronically to: HAWAIIAG@HAWAII.GOV. In the SUBJECT LINE,please indicate STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATION FOR FY2021-2022. A confirmation will be sent.<\/p>\n

<\/font>Your completed statements must be electronically received by the Hawaii State Department of the Attorney General by 11:59PM Tuesday, June 1, 2021, to be eligible for consideration for the entire fiscal year commencing July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022. <\/font>NO HARD COPIES, CDs, OR FACSIMILES SHALL BE ACCEPTED<\/u><\/font>.<\/p>\n

<\/b><\/font>A statement electronically received after June 1, 2021, will be considered a “late submittal” for the balance of the fiscal year as follows:<\/p>\n
