Kaplan Revocable Trust, Dated August 12, 1992, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 5CCV-21-0000042 against you in the above-entitled court wherein he prays for judgment against you as described in the Complaint; declaratory relief; attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in having to bring this lawsuit; and any other further relief as the court may deem just and equitable.
