<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n

The Department of Health (DOH), Clean Water Branch (CWB) will receive written comments and hold a virtual public hearing on proposed amendments to the general permits contained within HAR Chapter 11-55 Appendices B (discharges of industrial storm water), E (discharges of once-through cooling water less than 1.0 million gallons per day), F (discharges of hydrotesting waters), G (discharges of dewatering effluent), and K (discharges from small municipal separate storm sewer systems).<\/p>\n

Written comments will be accepted <\/font>until 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021,<\/b><\/font> through e-mail at: <\/font>cleanwaterbranch@doh.hawaii.gov<\/u><\/font> or postal mail at P.O. Box 3378, Honolulu, HI 96801-3378. The virtual public hearing, to allow interested parties to orally convey short comments or summaries of their written comments, will be held at <\/font>9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021<\/b><\/font>. Although not required, the DOH strongly encourages and requests that all comments be submitted in writing.<\/p>\n
