<\/font> YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT TBC KOLOA <\/font>TOWN LLC has commenced an action in Civil No. 5CCV-21-0000032 in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit of the State of Hawaii, wherein it prays for judgment in an amount to be shown at trial.
\n<\/font> YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Judge Kathleen N. <\/font>Watanabe, on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., of said day or to file with the Court and to serve upon Calvert G. Chipchase IV and Janjeera S. Hail of <\/font>Cades Schutte LLP, Plaintiff’s attorneys, whose <\/font>address is 1000 Bishop Street, Suite 1200, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, an answer to the Complaint which is hereby served upon you, before said day. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
