YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 1CCV-21-0001148 (JPC) for the taking of an easement described as Parcel 1 (TMK: 2-8-010), for a public use being: the Beretania Street Sewer Improvement project intended to repair and rehabilitate sewer lines to improve service to residents in the area and to protect water quality, sanitation, and public health, located at Punahou, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid real property is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
\n YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable James P. Crabtree, Fourth Floor, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 8th day of February, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Rozelle A.
