Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Ms. Lucy Taylor of Executive Hawaiiana Management Company, Ltd. has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(D) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, "Wastewater Systems."
\n Mr. Brian M. Hennessy, Honua Engineering, Inc. is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the continued use of approved individual wastewater systems at 4701 Kawaihau Road, Kapaa, Hawaii 96746 and TMK (4) 4-6-016: 005.
