YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Hawaii, by its Attorney General, the Plaintiff herein, has commenced proceedings in eminent domain against you in the above-entitled Court, Civil No. 5CCV-20-0000119, and has prayed that this Court vest in the Plaintiff title to Easement E-1 and Construction Parcel C-1, as described and depicted on Exhibits “A” and “B” attached to the Complaint filed herein, which are portions of Lot 245 of Wainiha Hui Land, as shown on Map P.H. 841, and are also portions of Royal Patent Number 7194, Land Commission Award Number 11216, Apana 5 to M. Kekauonohi, situated, lying and being on the West side of Government Main Road (Area R) at Wainiha, Halelea, District of Hanalei, Island and County of Kauai, State of Hawaii, being Lot 245 of Wainiha Haui Land (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Property”), as part of that certain project entitled replacement of Wainiha Stream Bridges, Nos. 1, 2, and 3, Project No. HI STP SR560(1), Sta. 119+15.41 to 123+52.13, Wainiha, Hanalei, Island of Kauai, State of Hawaii (hereinafter the “Project”), all by final order of condemnation for purpose of construction, preservation, and protection of a public highway, to wit: replacement of Wainiha Stream Bridges, Nos. 1, 2, and 3, Project No. HI STP SR560(1), Sta. 119+15.41 to 123+52.13, Wainiha, Hanalei, island of Kauai, State of Hawaii.
\n YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the <\/font>courtroom of the Honorable RANDAL G.B. VALENCIANO,<\/font> Pu’uhonua Kaulike Building, 3970 Ka’ana Street Lihue, Hawaii 96766, on Tuesday, the 8th day of March, 2022, at 1:00 o’clock p .m. of said day, or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Andrew L.
