The action is captioned <\/font>U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust v. Plummer,<\/i><\/font> Case Number 2:20-cv-00171-JDL, and is pending in the United States District Court for the District of Maine, 156 Federal Street, Portland, Maine 04101. In the action, U.S. Bank Trust seeks to foreclose on certain real property located at 25 Minott Street, Unit No. 9, Colonial Village of South Portland Condominium, South Portland, Maine 04104, pursuant to a mortgage recorded in the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds at Book 19728, Page 165. As set forth in the order on U.S. Bank Trust’s motion for service by publication, U.S. Bank Trust has satisfied the requirements for service by publication.
