<\/i><\/font> This Bill proposes to amend Ordinance No. B-2021-877, as amended, relating to the Operating Budget of the County of Kaua’i, State of Hawai’i, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, by revising the amounts estimated in the Public Access, Open Space, Natural Resources Preservation Fund for the acquisition of a coastal property in Hanalei, Kaua’i, Hawai’i, further identified as Tax Map Key (4) 5-4-11:004 and (4) 5-4-12:011.<\/p>\n

<\/i><\/font> This Bill proposes to amend Ordinance No. B-2021-877, as amended, relating to the Capital Budget of the County of Kaua’i, State of Hawai’i, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, by revising the amounts estimated in the Public Access, Open Space, Natural Resources Preservation Fund and establishing a new “Kaumumene or Hideaways Coastal Access Easement Improvements Tax Map Key (TMK) Nos. (4) 5-4-011:004 and (4) 5-4-012:011” line item to fund improvements related to the coastal access easement to Kaumumene, also known as Hideaways Beach.<\/p>\n

All interested persons who wish to present their comments may do so at the public hearing. Written testimony prior to the hearing would be appreciated. Written testimony can be submitted to the Office of the County Clerk, Council Services Division by mail, facsimile, or via E-mail to counciltestimony@kauai.gov. Copies of these Bills are available at the Office of the County Clerk, Council Services Division.<\/p>\n

(The Council Committee or Council may amend these Bills at their subsequent meetings. Meeting notices are posted at least six (6) days in advance at the County Clerk’s Office and the public may also testify at any of these meetings.)<\/font><\/p>\n
